We had a great time up in the canyon.

How fun! I see grandpa and my dad when I look at your dad, it's crazy.
ps-change of subject but i need some motivational words to get me started on running. i am so tired from the all night and day feeding that i can't get serious about running again but i seriously want to and i am on a team for next years ragnar so i need to get going.
