Goblin Valley

We have been really excited to get out camping this year, especially since Steve is not living in our trailer for work and we can actually use it to camp in! We rounded up a bunch of friends and headed down to Goblin Valley for Memorial Day. I love Goblin Valley, and it is even more fun with a huge group of friends and tons of kids! Did I mention tons of kids? So fun!

We grabbed Coren since he was done with school and took off on Thursday so that we could get a good spot. The other kids slept over with Emily and Tim, they have fun things planned at school that they didn't want to miss, and then they rode down with other people. They were excited about that.

Once we got there we drove around FOREVER finding the perfect spot. I kept telling Steve that we had a good spot, and then he would find something wrong with it and ask for 20 mre mintutes. It turned into two hours, but we foudn us a GREAT SPOT!

We got the trailer all set up and decided to just watch a movie and go to bed. We were all so tired.

The next day we took Coren on a fun hike. He was begging to hike. It ended up being kind of a boring hike, Coren needs lots of danger and action, but he suffered through six miles with us.

He was funny becuase he would say he was to tired to walk (meaning bored) so we would tell him to go climb a mountain. Suddenly he was full of energy again.

We went back to camp and waited for everyone to arrive. I was so nervous that they wouldn't find us, but by the end of the night they were all there.
The tents and trailer got set up and the adults stayed out by the fire till who know what time. Late!
