Is there anything in life more enjoyable than spending hours and hours in the car with three little kids? The screaming, fighting, arguing, whining, and of course no one sleeping! You would think that with the enjoyment of movies, books, treats, and food stops a road trip would be a great time for kids and that they would have nothing to complain about. WRONG! It is a bad sign when they are already asking when you will get there when you are backing out of the driveway.
My Mom and I took the kids and ventured to Idaho to visit my sister and see the newest addition to our family, Hailey. Our trip was full of fun, craziness, and of course kid drama. Also, let me just say that Coren has to pee more than any kid I have ever seen. Not joking, on the way up he had to go every 20 minutes.
Once we arrived we had a great time and accomplished what we had set out to do, have some great times with our cousins.
The kids loved going swimming. They are all a bunch of FISH!
They had a blast chasing Kyle around.
And they of course LOVED holding Hailey.
The trip home was just as adventurous as the trip up, and the kids had fun talking about all of the stuff that they did while we were gone and all of the funny stories that they could remember. Next summer we will go back, but the kids will be strapped to the top of the car where they belong while the adults relax inside!!
