Happy Birthday Carson

5 years old!!

April 1st was Carson's first Birthday. He was so excited, in fact, I think he has been excited since his last Birthday for this one. We had a great party. Ten of his boy and girl friends came, but, he was most excited to have the girls come. At one point I asked all of the kids to sit on the couch. All of the boys went to one couch and all of the girls (and Carson) went to the other. I thought it was so funny that he chose to sit on a couch full of GIRLS!!!!

We played games and ate cake, and then all of the kids went and played on our new play set. He finally agreed that he had turned five (he said it wasn't his Birthday until the party) and so we got out his present from Mom and Dad...a new bike. He was so excited and got right on and tried it out. Coren got Carson's old bike and got right on. Steve put him on and he said,

"OK DAD, LET GO!"
